Sleep Do you ever have trouble sleeping at night? Do ever wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep? Do you wish you could sleep better?

You can use hypnosis to help you get a good night's sleep.

How does hypnosis help with sleep?

You can use hypnosis to help you to identify the things stopping you from sleeping well - the things that you're probably not aware of consciously. Once they're identified, you can solve them or develop a strategy to work with them. Once the blocks are removed, sleep can come easily and naturally.

I can also teach you self-hypnosis techniques so you can relax deeply whenever you want.

How many sessions does it take?
It depends on the client and the fear, but most can be eliminated in two to four sessions.

How much does it cost?
You  pay a flat rate based on successful resolution of your problem (rather than a per-session fee). Rates vary by issue and individual.
