End your fear of public speaking

How you can let go of the fear and be your best in front of groups

You can genuinely resolve your issue with public speaking. Not just talk about it or learn new facts. Not just manage it. You can resolve it so you can speak in front groups comfortably.

How can this work for you?

THE PROBLEM: Logically you know you're safe. You know the audience isn't going to hurt you  it's not the end of the world if your presentation isn't perfect. Maybe you've even taken a public speaking class to try to build your confidence. Consciously...rationally...intellectually... you're safe. You should feel fine. But you don't. There's a part of your mind that sends a very powerful signal of fear. Your heart races. Your stomach clenches. You're terrified.

THE SOLUTION: To use hypnosis to work directly with the part of your mind that's sending that fear signal. So you have the chance to bring help directly to that subconscious/emotional part of your mind - the part that doesn't care about all those reasons why you should feel fine. So you have the chance to genuinely SOLVE the problem where it's happening rather than just talking about it or learning techniques to manage it.

Is all the work done through hypnosis?

Oftentimes, but not always. There are a number of ways you might be "doing" your fear of public speaking and you may need a combination of approaches to get things solved completely. All the work is tailored to you as an individual, so that no matter how you're "doing" the fear, we can use the right combination of approaches to get your problem solved successfully.

How many sessions does it take?

I can't say how long it would take to resolve your fear. You may work slowly, you may work quickly. Some problems are straightforward, some are complicated. Most people fall somewhere between two and ten sessions, but I've definitely seen clients who have needed more time than that.

How much does it cost?

Your work would be priced on a flat-fee-for-successful-outcome basis. So regardless of how much help you might need, you'd pay one fee knowing you have all the time you need to get the problem - as defined by you and as judged by you at the end of the work - solved completely. Fees vary by client and the specifics of the issue. If you'd like a quote, just give me a call and I can give you one after I learn about your situation.

Is it guaranteed?

All fear of public speaking work is guaranteed with a half-back refund if the work isn't successful. Assuming, like most clients, that you're successful, it's also guaranteed if you have a problem down the road. Issue recurrence is rare, but if it ever did happen, you'd just give a call, and we'd get together to resolve whatever had come up, no extra charge.

Does it work for everyone?

The vast majority of clients I've actually worked with on fear of public speaking have solved their problem. It's been more work for some than others, and many have resolved other issues (social anxiety, panic attacks, etc.) in the process. There are people who it's not a good fit for, though. Fortunately, I'm able to screen most of those people before they spend time or money getting started.
