a coach helps you achieve the life you want. Coaching is about closing
the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.
Adding hypnosis to the coaching work powerfully speeds up the
process.

How do coaching and hypnosis mix?
For hypnosis clients, the empowerment that comes from solving a
longtime problem leads naturally into taking a fresh, positive look at
life. It's a great time to set goals, get motivated and make
them happen. Acting as a coach, I support and help motivate
clients through that process.
For coaching clients, hypnosis can be a great way
to build motivation and focus as well as remove
personal blocks that can stand in the way of reaching a goal.
And for many clients, there's no need to mix them
at all. They get terrific results using coaching or hypnosis
exclusively.
